Manager - Statutory Audit

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Statutory Audit who is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong expertise in statutory audits, financial reporting, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Plan, manage, and execute statutory audit assignments in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and auditing standards
• Lead end-to-end audit activities, including audit planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, review, and finalization
• Review financial statements, general ledgers, trial balances, and supporting schedules for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and relevant accounting and auditing standards
• Review audit working papers, audit evidence, and supporting documentation
