What you'll do

• Manage & control all operational activities at Storage Hub
• Ensure adequate coordination with branch operations and centralized operations team to maintain high quality service and customer satisfaction
• Ensure consistency with main operations center policies, procedures and workflow, while maintaining market specific practices necessary for competitive edge
• Stay abreast of changes related to the mortgage industry and bank changes related to the mortgage department and suggest changes to processes to ensure compliance
• Ensure timely inward of File/Docket /PDD /Tranches dispatched from branches

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• MIS reporting
• Reconciliation
