About the role

The Key Account Manager owns Gamlaa’s strategic corporate relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and account growth for indoor landscaping solutions across offices, F&B, retail, and real estate portfolios.

What you'll do

• Own a portfolio of existing strategic corporate accounts (HQs, real estate/Developers
• Develop and maintain account plans that define client objectives, success metrics (appearance, plant health, occupant satisfaction, CSR/ESG outcomes), revenue targets
• Drive renewals, upsell and cross-sell of services (maintenance contracts, new installations, seasonal refreshes, plant rental, workshops
• Coordinate internal delivery: schedule site surveys, hand off design specs to the studio, work with horticulture and operations to ensure installation quality
• Conduct regular business reviews and site walkthroughs with client stakeholders (facilities, HR, workplace design, procurement) and present performance reports
