About the role

The Manager – Strategy & Ecosystem Engagement will play a central role in shaping and executing Ek Kutumb’s external engagement strategy. Working closely with the Co-CEO and leadership team, you will help identify high-leverage institutional actors, shape external positioning, support senior-level engagements, and contribute to the development of strategic partnerships and advisory opportunities.

What you'll do

  • Ecosystem Strategy & Stakeholder Prioritisation
  • Lead mapping and analysis of high-leverage actors across policy, philanthropy, and intermediary networks
  • Contribute to defining and refining stakeholder strategy across states
  • Identify emerging ecosystem opportunities aligned with Ek Kutumb’s priorities
  • Develop structured tracking and prioritisation systems for institutional engagement

What you need

  • 7–10 yrs of experience

  • Any graduate
