Manager Strategy & Governance

About the role

The Manager, Strategy & Governance supports the design, implementation and oversight of Collections and Recoveries strategies, end to end cost management, operational risk, forecasting of cost & Loan Impairment and governance across the relevant portfolios. The role converts portfolio data into actionable insights, maintains effective risk and control disciplines, coordinates governance and assurance activities, and supports timely management decisions.

What you'll do

• This is an individual-contributor role with responsibility for forecasting, strategic analysis, governance coordination and controlled execution
• Strategy development and optimisation: Develop, review and enhance Collections and Recoveries strategies using portfolio performance, customer outcomes
• Portfolio analytics and management information: Monitor delinquency, roll rates, recoveries, impairment, capacity, productivity and other relevant indicators
• Stakeholder and change coordination: Partner with Collections Operations, Credit Risk, Finance, Technology, Data, Compliance, Legal
• Assurance and continuous improvement: Support internal and external assurance reviews, respond to information requests with accurate evidence
