Manager - Strategy & operations

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Strategy & Operations Lead to support the growth of Glance TV across markets. This role will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Content, Ads Monetization, Finance, and Analytics teams to drive business insights, execution, and strategic initiatives.

What you'll do

• Drive business analysis and generate insights across engagement, monetization, ad experience, and product performance
• Own monitoring and reporting of internal and external dashboards; proactively identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations
• Work closely with Ads, Analytics, and Finance teams on performance tracking, forecasting, and business planning
• Leverage analytical tools (e.g., Power BI) to build reports, uncover insights, and build business models
• Own cross-functional execution and ensure timelines are met across internal and external deliverables
