Manager - Strategy ( Portfolio management)

About the role

We are looking for Portfolio manager to manager paylater portfolio within Transactional Credit vertical of PayU Finance. This would include management of both in house paylater brand - Lazypay and merchant partnership whitelabel paylater programs.

What you'll do

• Portfolio Management & Growth
• Own engagement, activation and spends metrics across Lazypay BNPL and other whitelabel programs; build cohort
• Design and run programs to lift transacting user %, frequency and ticket size – offers, limit management, category unlocks, nudges and lifecycle campaigns
• Track program-level P&L drivers and figure out initiatives to drive profitability
• Partner with Risk, Collections, Product and the merchant-facing teams to balance growth with portfolio quality
