• Foster a collaborative and open-minded team culture, encouraging continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies, tools, and best practices
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, providing guidance and support to team members at all levels
• Own performance management and career development - setting clear expectations, delivering regular feedback and performance reviews

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
• Performance management
• M.Sc or B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA or M.Tech or MCA
