Manager - Talent Acquisition

About the role

Establish trusted business partnerships with stakeholders to come up with future talent needs and influence and drive hiring strategies. Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, recruitment experience to all stakeholders. A deep understanding of the market so we know where we can find the best, diverse talent who fit our technical and cultural demands.

What you'll do

• Establish trusted business partnerships with stakeholders to come up with future talent needs and influence and drive hiring strategies
• Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, recruitment experience to all stakeholders
• Lead and mentor team members to drive the overall recruitment. Set team performance goals, metrics, timelines, and a formal tracking process to measure progress
• Have to also do end-to-end recruitment as and when required

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
