Manager/Team Lead- Fusion HCM Technical

About the role

Identified Candidate will act as a Cloud HCM technical SME by possessing broad knowledge and deep domain experience within the Oracle HCM Suite (Global HR, Recruiting, Perf/Goals, Comp, Talent).

What you'll do

• Production support project experience – understanding AMS Ticketing process (Issue Management/Problem Management/Bug-fixing/Change Management), deployment process
• Should be able to interact with both offshore and onshore client engagements which involves implementation/ support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Responsible for resolving production tickets, patch testing, Change requests
• Should be able to perform Unit test all high level functionality including staging test scenarios and do Unit test all technical objects prior to delivery to client by…
• Should develop runbooks for all technical objects and analyze and resolve technical queries during tickets resolution by providing functional guidance to technical team
