Manager, Tech Quality Assurance

About the role

We are looking for a Manager, Tech Quality Assurance who is technically strong, hands-on, and genuinely curious about how AI is changing the way we test. You will own the automation strategy for your team, lead from the front, and bring a quality engineering mindset to everything you do. If you are already experimenting with AI in your day-to-day QA work — we want to talk.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, driving quality across one or more delivery models
• Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks — UI, API, and data validation
• Write and review test strategies, test plans, and test cases from requirements and user stories — not just from builds
• Actively explore and adopt AI tools to accelerate test design, script generation, defect analysis, and visual validation
• Use AI-assisted approaches to keep pace with fast-moving, AI-driven development cycles
