About the role

The role enables Tax teams to adopt new policies, processes, data capabilities and technologies while maintaining regulatory compliance, operational continuity and effective internal controls. The role is accountable for shaping and delivering tax transformation initiatives, coordinating impact assessments, strengthening process and data controls, and preparing affected stakeholders for implementation.

• Translate tax strategy, regulatory developments and operational priorities into a structured transformation roadmap that addresses material direct and indirect tax…
• Evaluate proposed changes against tax, business, data and technology needs to establish clear scope, outcomes, dependencies and implementation priorities
• Shape business cases and delivery options for process, data and technology improvements that strengthen tax compliance and operational effectiveness
• Provide tax transformation insight to process owners and governance forums, enabling informed decisions on investment, sequencing and implementation risk
