Manager - Transformers Sales

About the role

The Manager – Sales & Marketing (Transformer) will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key customer relationships, leading sales initiatives, and ensuring successful execution of transformer sales orders while expanding market presence.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for transformer products
• Manage and grow key customer accounts including utilities, EPCs, and industrial clients
• Lead tendering activities , bid strategy, pricing, and negotiations
• Drive order booking , revenue targets, and market share growth
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Planning, Logistics, and Finance teams for order execution

What you need
