About the role

Assess funding requirements for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects. Prepare financial models and cash flow projections for project financing. Evaluate funding options including term loans, construction finance, LAP, LRD, OD facilities, and ICDs. Identify suitable lenders (banks, NBFCs, funds, private equity) and negotiate terms.

What you'll do

  • Assess funding requirements for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects
  • Prepare financial models and cash flow projections for project financing
  • Evaluate funding options including term loans, construction finance, LAP, LRD, OD facilities, and ICDs
  • Identify suitable lenders (banks, NBFCs, funds, private equity) and negotiate terms
  • Negotiate ICD terms with NBFCs and manage group-level borrowing arrangements
