Manager, Treasury Governance & Strategies

About the role

This role contributes to the execution of initiatives such as process optimization, system enhancement, and policy reviews across Treasury & Global Markets, while also supporting governance and project coordination across Treasury international locations within the Group.

What you'll do

• Support the development, implementation, and periodic review of Treasury governance frameworks, policies
• Assist in coordinating strategic projects such as new product approvals, regulatory change implementation, and system upgrades
• Facilitate alignment and governance consistency across Treasury internal units, ensuring adherence to Group standards and operating frameworks
• Liaise with all Treasury stakeholders such as Sales, Trading, Structuring, Risk, Operations, Finance
• Prepare management reports and performance dashboards highlighting KPIs, risk metrics, and initiative progress
