Manager, Treasury Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Operations Manager to lead our Treasury Operations team in Gurgaon, India. The Manager will supervise a team responsible for day-to-day treasury operations across EMEA and APAC, while also supporting Americas as needed.

What you'll do

• Team Leadership & Global Operations
• Lead, coach, and develop the Gurgaon Treasury Operations team; build cross-training and backup coverage to create a scalable and resilient global operating model
• Establish and maintain standardized operating procedures, controls, and escalation protocols; serve as the primary Gurgaon liaison for the U.S.-based Global Treasury team
• Payments & Treasury Transactions
• Oversee all payment types — electronic batch, manual, and critical payments (payroll, taxes, import duties) — and manage cross-border payments
