Manager – Treasury, Tax & Compliance (On-Site) - Gandhinagar

This role will be critical in managing investment holding structures, treasury operations, and end-to-end compliance in an IFSC environment. The global technology and services leader that powers the world’s best brands, today and into the future.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end direct and indirect tax compliance, including return filings and tax provisioning
• Ensure compliance with IFSC/IFSCA regulations, FEMA, and other applicable laws and act as Compliance Officer for the entity
• Support treasury operations including fund flows, investments, and intercompany transactions
• Oversee forex transactions and ensure regulatory compliance under FEMA/IFSC framework
• Manage withholding tax (TDS/WHT) obligations and related reporting
