About the role

The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs. We are seeking a Manager, Treasury Program Management, to lead large treasury programs across the global organization.

What you'll do

• Program Delivery & Governance
• Lead treasury programs end to end: Manage planning, execution, implementation, adoption, and post go live stabilization while overseeing milestones, risks, dependencies
• Own program delivery & governance: Maintain program plans, stakeholder updates, and reporting while translating business objectives into workstreams, requirements
• Coordinate cross functional stakeholders: Partner with Treasury, Capital Markets, Middle Office, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Technology, banks, vendors
• Drive automation & exception based processing: Reduce manual effort, improve data quality, strengthen controls, and expand automated dashboards, Sigma reporting
