What you'll do

• Perform hands-on payroll configuration, including wage types, payroll schemas, personnel calculation rules (PCRs), payroll areas, and payroll calculation logic
• Configure and support Employee Central (EC) to ECP integration, including employee data replication, monitoring, and error resolution
• Execute payroll testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, parallel payroll runs, payroll validation, and reconciliation
• Support payroll migration activities, data validation, cutover preparation, go-live execution, and hypercare
• Configure and support payroll processes in accordance with country-specific taxation, statutory, and regulatory requirements

What you need
