About the role

The India Country Leader is responsible for advancing nVent’s growth and strategic priorities in India. This role provides country-level leadership across businesses, functions, manufacturing sites, technology centers, shared service centers and Centers of Excellence to accelerate execution, strengthen culture and drive business performance.

What you'll do

Build inclusive and high performing environment where people can succeed and contribute to business growth
Partner with regional and global leaders to deliver business objectives and financial commitment and have ownership for India P&L
Build a strong India leadership pipeline through talent development, coaching and succession planning
