Manufacturing Digital Initiatives

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead certain digital transformation initiatives across our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying, designing, implementing, and scaling digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, compliance, traceability, and user productivity across manufacturing and plant support functions.

What you'll do

• Digital Initiative Identification and Prioritization
• Identify opportunities to digitize manual, paper-based, and spreadsheet-driven plant workflows
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on business value, compliance impact, feasibility, and scalability
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for plant digital initiatives
• Business Process Mapping and Solution Design
