What you'll do

• Assist in developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes for engine assembly, testing, paint, and related operations
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Concurrent Process and Product Development (CPPD) activities
• Participate in process validation, manufacturing readiness reviews, and production launch activities
• Develop and update assembly procedures, process flows, work instructions, BOMs, PFMEAs, and standard work documentation
• Support implementation of AI-based manufacturing solutions for safety, quality, and productivity improvement

What you need

• 4–6 yrs of experience
• AutoCAD
• Lean manufacturing
• SAP
• Root cause analysis
• Mechanical engineering
• Creo
• B.Tech or B.E.
