About the role

You will be responsible for building the systems that allow our engineering team to move fast without compromising quality, reliability, or execution.

What you'll do

Develop and streamline manufacturing processes for composite and metallic aircraft structures
Own the manufacturing workflow from engineering drawings and BOMs through fabrication, assembly, inspection, and delivery
Develop composite manufacturing processes including layup, tooling, curing, trimming, bonding, and finishing
Plan production schedules and optimize machine, tooling, workshop, and technician utilization
Work closely with design and structures engineers on DFM/DFA and manufacturing-driven design improvements
