Manufacturing Engineer – Switchgear Assembly, Panel Manufacturing, Shopfloor Production

About the role

The role involves managing daily production planning and control, supervising shopfloor assembly activities, coordinating material availability, ensuring safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement in panel manufacturing operations.

What you'll do

• Plan and control daily production activities to achieve assigned turnover and production targets
• Allocate work to shopfloor workmen and ensure assembly activities are performed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor material availability, tools, processes, safety, quality and production costs to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, Design and other departments to resolve material shortages and production-related issues
• Liaise between Manufacturing and Logistics to track missing materials and ensure timely availability for production

What you need
