About the role

A successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred), with an MBA being an added advantage, and bring 20+ years of manufacturing leadership experience within Automotive Tier 1, metal manufacturing, or other large-scale manufacturing environments .

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple plants, overseeing Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Dispatch, and Administration
• Drive manufacturing strategy, operational excellence, cost optimisation, productivity, and profitability across the organization
• Build robust manufacturing systems covering planning, quality, maintenance, engineering, and continuous improvement
• Lead capacity expansion, asset utilisation, energy optimisation, and process improvement initiatives to improve plant performance
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, commercial, and leadership teams to ensure customer delivery, quality, and business objectives are achieved

What you need
