About the role

Verify mandatory documents, courses, and licenses required for seafarers. Coordinate with relevant departments for documentation and travel confirmation. Liaise and follow up with seafarers to ensure timely submission of documentation. Scan, upload, and update all relevant documents in the system. Ensure completion and clearance of all mandatory checklists for crew scheduled to join vessels within 30 days.

What you'll do

• Liaise and follow up with seafarers to ensure timely submission of documentation
• Ensure completion and clearance of all mandatory checklists for crew scheduled to join vessels within 30 days
• Coordinate with the Licensing Department for flag license applications
