Job Description – Market Expert (Urban Planning & Infrastructure)

Conduct market demand assessments and economic feasibility studies for urban development and infrastructure projects
Analyze market trends, investment opportunities, and financing mechanisms for urban infrastructure initiatives
Develop business cases and financial models for cities, development authorities, housing boards, and infrastructure agencies
Support preparation of master plans, mobility plans, and urban development strategies through market and economic analysis
Identify potential funding sources, market borrowing options, and public-private partnership (PPP) opportunities
