What you'll do

• Perform daily setup and maintenance of client accounts, ensuring requests are processed accurately and within agreed service levels
• Serve as the first point of contact for client operational enquiries, providing timely updates and coordinating resolution across internal stakeholder groups
• Triage and escalate issues to the appropriate teams including Client Services, Integration, Sales
• Conduct routine operational health checks, including execution of test trades, to verify platform functionality and identify potential issues before they impact clients
• Support clients trading: Indian Government Bonds through Tradeweb's connectivity with CCIL

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Capital markets
• Reporting
• Documentation
• Any graduate
