Marketing Associate

About the role

We're hiring a dynamic Marketing Associate to support and execute a wide range of marketing initiatives across channels. This is a generalist role where you'll be plugged into everything from social media and email marketing to branding, PR, events, and academy growth. One of your core responsibilities will be to own and grow Scry AI's LinkedIn presence, driving both visibility and engagement.

What you'll do

• Build and execute a LinkedIn-first growth strategy covering follower growth, engagement, and lead generation; explore growth levers including employee advocacy
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to produce high-quality posts (carousels, videos, thought leadership) aligned with brand tone, voice
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely campaign execution across email, PR, and events; support email marketing efforts including product announcements
• Contribute to branding, competitor benchmarking, and media outreach as needed
• Own enrolment growth targets through a structured college pipeline and conversion funnel; run targeted digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram
