Set appointments with the business development sales manager or director of business development to discuss the programme and ultimately close qualified leads. Warmly greet customers and ascertain problem or reason for calling

What you'll do

• Call new leads obtained from lists, referrals, and advertising programmes
• Call leads that have already been contacted
• Use email to follow up with leads and/or confirm appointments
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
