Marketing Manager - Aperitifs

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, commercially astute professional to bridge marketing strategy with business outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Brands, this role will be the vital connector between brand vision and sales execution—building trust with the sales force, collaborating with CCM managers, and ensuring every initiative drives measurable depletion results.

What you'll do

• Strategic Brand Thinking & Global Alignment
• Build strategic thinking around the brands in line with the global marketing strategy
• Drive global brand pillars in local markets by connecting with the global team and adapting content for India as per brand guidelines
• Create differentiated, innovative, and clutter-breaking campaigns with fresh ideas to strengthen brand health scores in India
• Brand health score uplift, campaign differentiation index, global-to-local content adaptation success

What you need
