About the role

We are looking for a hands-on marketer who can understand the kirana customer, develop creative campaign ideas, test them in the field, and execute winning concepts .

What you'll do

  • Research kirana retailers, customer behaviour, competitors and market trends
  • Develop campaigns to drive app installs, first orders and repeat usage
  • Test ideas through small field experiments and measure results
  • Create banners, videos, WhatsApp and social media content using Canva & AI tools
  • Develop engaging content in Telugu, Hindi/Hinglish and English

What you need

  • 2–4 yrs of experience
