What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of high performing Marketing Specialists in India
• Establish team goals aligned with business priorities, oversee performance management, and drive capability-building initiatives to enhance team skills, effectiveness
• Oversee resource allocation, balancing workload, and capacity planning across projects, campaigns, and business priorities, proactively managing seasonality
• Establish quality standards, governance processes, best practices, and performance metrics to ensure operational excellence, consistency
• Develop and present performance, capacity, and business review reports to leadership

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Office 365
• PowerPoint
• Performance management
• MBA or M.Sc
