Marketing Manager - Hatchery

About the role

The Marketing Manager is responsible to develop and implement marketing campaigns, information and activities that promote the poultry franchise of Zoetis India. The role is responsible for the marketing management of hatchery portfolio which is the growth engine. The colleague will have the responsibility of customers availing Zoetis hatchery products and services.

What you'll do

• Lead the development of annual strategic marketing plans for focus and core products using the Zoetis framework
• Build strategy alongside the Business Unit Director
• Create and execute plans that support customer engagement both on and offline
• Create effective cross functional teams with Marketing, Regional Sales Managers, Medical teams
• Support Business Unit Director with monthly, quarterly and annual financial forecasting

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Market research
• Demand planning
• Learning and development
• Pharmacovigilance
• MBA or BBA
