Marketing Manager - Hotels

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, creative, commercially driven, and hands-on Marketing Manager – Hotels to lead marketing initiatives for TripJack's Hotels business. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution, working closely with Hotel Business, Sales, Product, Technology, and Creative teams.

What you'll do

• Hotel Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning
• Develop quarterly marketing plans and monthly promotional calendars in collaboration with the Hotels business team
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns to drive hotel visibility, agent engagement, and bookings
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring timely execution
• Own campaigns from receiving business requirements to planning, briefing, execution, distribution, and performance reporting

What you need
