Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can plan, own and deliver integrated marketing activity across social media, email, the website, lead generation and sales support. You will connect marketing activity to Remedium's commercial and recruitment priorities, using performance insight to improve results and maintaining a clear focus on generating relevant leads.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain an integrated marketing plan across social media, email, the Remedium website and other agreed communications channels
• Translate business, recruitment and resourcing priorities into clear campaigns with defined audiences, messages, actions and measures
• Lead the hands-on delivery of campaigns, including writing and editing content, building communications, updating web pages and preparing campaign assets
• Own the content and campaign calendar, balancing planned activity with emerging commercial and recruitment needs
• Shape lead-generation activity and work with stakeholders to improve the quality, relevance and follow-up of leads
