What you'll do

• Develop robust business cases and launch strategies for Speciality Launches in Pulmonology & Rheumatology, and portfolio expansion opportunities
• Define launch readiness frameworks, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics to measure launch effectiveness & to grwo the market post launch
• Build and coordinate integrated launch plans, ensuring alignment across all business functions
• Conduct market assessments, competitor analyses, and opportunity evaluations to identify market potential and commercial opportunities pre & post-launch
• Translate customer, market, and stakeholder insights into compelling product positioning and differentiated messaging to shape & grow the market
