Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our omni-channel digital marketing efforts, with a primary focus on our newsletter strategy and subscriber growth. This role will be essential to growing and retaining our consumer health audience. In this role, you'll own all aspects of our newsletter program, from content creation and optimization to acquisition and performance analysis.

What you'll do

• Lead newsletter marketing strategy and execution, encompassing content selection, copywriting, A/B testing, performance analysis
• Drive Subscriber Acquisition: overseeing and improving the newsletter acquisition funnel across organic and paid channels
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and make data-informed decisions to improve engagement and retention
• Enhance Onsite User Experience: Develop strategies to increase engagement and conversions on the website
• Stay informed on healthcare industry trends and incorporate insights into campaign strategy
