Set and enforce research quality standards on the briefs our platforms (CLAIRVOYANCE CX, PERCEPTION X2) feed; reject and remediate work that reads clever but underdeliver on evidence

What you'll do

• Own the research layer of live client engagements end-to-end — from methodology design through to the research findings that reach the principal
• Design the research architecture for new engagements — methodology stack, sample frame, fieldwork cadence — with the strategist before recruitment begins
• Use: CLAIRVOYANCE CX intelligence suite, PERCEPTION X2 sentiment platform, Survey platforms, Excel / Google Sheets with pivot discipline
