• Act as a platform SME for MarTech consulting, solutioning, and delivery advisory
• Design and guide customer data, analytics, personalization, experimentation, marketing automation, and customer journey solutions
• Lead client workshops, assessments, solution discussions, and platform deep dives
• Support RFPs/RFIs, proposals, estimations, demos, and proof-of-concepts
• Define integration strategies across CRM, CMS, Commerce, Service, and Enterprise Data Platforms
