About the role

In Managed Application Services (MAS) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), you will be a key member of our team and will be exposed to several aspects of all our consulting practices including: Business solutions and operations best practices Leveraging technology to drive business operations efficiencies

What you'll do

  • Designing and develop solutions using Microsoft D365 CE functions and features to meet business objectives
  • Environment management including deploying solutions, applying updates and refreshing environments
  • Troubleshooting business application and supporting infrastructure issues
  • Providing client consulting, both functional and technical
  • Understanding how to obtain customer business requirements and communicate findings
