About the role

As a Quality Engineering ERP Test Manager in Managed Application Services (MAS) at RSM, you will be a key member of our team and will be exposed to several aspects of our quality assurance practices including: Leading quality assurance projects associated with ERP implementations This role requires excellent testing skills, leadership abilities, and communication skills.

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining robust test strategies and plans that align with project goals and timelines
• Establishing and maintaining defect tracking and management processes to ensure timely identification, documentation, and resolution of software issues
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality engineering team to optimize processes, tools, and methodologies
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including software development, product management, and operations
