Master Scheduler

About the role

The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing and managing the short-term supply plan (0-4 months horizon) in alignment with the integrated business planning (IBP) framework. The role ensures demand-supply balance, optimizes production and inventory, and serves as the critical link between operational scheduling and mid/long-term supply planning.

What you'll do

• Supply Planning & Scheduling
• Develop and maintain a weekly detailed supply plan (0-4 months horizon) using IBP or equivalent systems
• Review and refine system-generated supply plans to ensure feasibility and alignment with operational constraints
• Act as the bridge between detailed schedulers (short-term) and supply planners (mid/long-term horizon)
• Scenario Planning & Risk Management

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• SAP
• Demand planning
• ERP
• Production planning
• Reporting
• Risk management
• MBA or B.Tech or B.E.
