Material Planner

About the role

As a Material Planner, you’ll help ensure the right materials are available at the right time to support reliable production and customer delivery. You’ll connect suppliers, production, warehouse, customer service, and other supply chain stakeholders, using data and sound judgment to identify risks early, solve supply challenges, and maintain continuity.

What you'll do

• Plan and secure material availability by managing and expediting inbound materials, identifying supply risks early, and taking action to maintain continuity of supply
• Manage inventory levels by monitoring requirements and material availability, balancing production needs with appropriate inventory levels
• Develop and manage production plans and follow up on production orders to support on-time completion and reliable customer delivery
• Coordinate across the supply chain with warehouse, production, suppliers, and customer service to resolve material, production
• Support effective planning processes and data quality by providing input to SIOP, supporting Engineering Change Notice (ECN) implementation

• Supply chain
