Materials / Supply Chain Manager

About the role

As a Materials Manager in our hospital, you will be responsible for supervising and monitoring the activities of the general store to minimize stockouts and optimize inventory levels. This role involves ensuring the procurement of materials at the right time, quantity, and price, maintaining minimum stock variance, and ensuring proper storage and housekeeping in the stores.

What you'll do

• Model and promote organizational core values in work practices, maintaining quality standards as per ISO
• Develop and implement short and long-term goals for the department
• Provide administrative support and maintain effective communication across departments
• Participate in materials management policy formulation and decision-making
• Approve gate passes and finalize purchase order prices in consultation with senior management

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
