MDM Ops Sr. Analyst - Finance

About the role

Responsible for executing activities done by the MDM Operations team within all capabilities provided, i.e. Master Data maintenance processes, controls, SLAs, point of contact for MDM CoE and business, issue solving (root cause analysis), process performance monitoring Maintaining Master Data following the data quality, controls and compliance rules and regulations

What you'll do

• Building No 12D, Floor 5, Raheja Mindspace, Cyberabad, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500081, Telangana, India
• Responsible for executing activities done by the MDM Operations team within all capabilities provided, i.e. Master Data maintenance processes, controls, SLAs
• Maintaining Master Data following the data quality, controls and compliance rules and regulations
• Conduct issue root cause analyses and IT touchpoint for system issues fixes
• Support monitoring of MDM services performance and MDM end-to-end processes timelines
