About the role

Within SSOE's Advanced Technology division, we specialize in high-tech facility design, offering top-tier design and engineering services to a diverse array of clients and markets. We pride ourselves on our cross-disciplinary approach, which allows us to understand and address our clients' needs more comprehensively than traditional, siloed methods.

What you'll do

• Produce comprehensive technical project plans, specifications, drawings, and models aligning with project requirements and client expectations
• Create and maintain Revit models for mechanical systems, ensuring accurate, piping, plumbing, exhaust
• Utilize Revit to produce construction documents, mechanical plans, equipment schedules, and system diagrams that meet project requirements and client standards
• Participate in BIM coordination efforts, including multi-discipline clash detection and resolution using tools such as Navisworks, collaborating with Electrical
• Maintain BIM model quality and consistency by adhering to project BIM execution plans, company Revit standards, and established modeling best practices
