Mechanical Engineer – Enclosures, Frames & Sheet Metal

About the role

Mechanical Engineer is responsible for the Design, Development, qualification, and lifecycle support of equipment Enclosures, Structural frames, Sheet metal assemblies used in semiconductor equipment.

What you'll do

• Design and develop sheet metal enclosures, machine frames, weldments, doors, panels, brackets, and associated mechanical assemblies
• Apply Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles to improve manufacturability and reduce product cost and streamline assembly processes
• Perform structural, vibration, seismic, and tolerance analyses to validate mechanical design performance and reliability
• Designs comply with applicable SEMI, safety, regulatory, and industry standards
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality teams to resolve fabrication, assembly, installation, and field-related issues
