Mechanical Engineer

Activities contributing to the design and development of products, solutions and systems. Includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines.

What you'll do

• Own and execute mechanical engineering activities for new product development, installed-base, and VCP projects
• Develop and evaluate mechanical designs using tolerance analysis, material selection, and design-for-manufacturing considerations
• Create and modify 3D CAD models, drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation
• Perform engineering analysis, risk assessment, root-cause investigation, and design reviews
• Plan and execute prototype builds, testing, verification, and design validation activities

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Mechanical engineering
• GD&T
• FMEA
• Six Sigma
• B.Tech or B.E.
