What you'll do

• Execute hardware design and integration projects for customer-specific changes to standard platforms, including scoping, requirements alignment, design options
• Develop mechanical/electro-mechanical solutions by adapting product configurations, evaluating fit/form/function, preparing CAD models/drawings
• Present data-driven trade-offs at design review stage gates and align stakeholders on preferred solutions, risks, and implementation approach
• Support feasibility studies, test plans, validation inputs, FMEA, risk mitigation, and action-item closure for design approval and release readiness
• Prepare concise reports, design review material, and technical presentations to communicate design intent, evaluation, validation, and release status

What you need
